ANTREC is a nationwide non-profit network, bringing together passionate local tourism stakeholders from across Romania. The network connects owners of rural guesthouses and traditional restaurants, skilled craftsmen and folklore groups, managers of cultural and natural heritage sites, travel agencies specializing in rural, eco and cultural tourism, as well as other dedicated professionals who actively promote authentic routes, destinations and experiences. United by a shared love for Romania’s cultural, natural and intangible heritage, ANTREC’s members work together to offer visitors genuine, community-based tourism experiences rooted in local traditions and landscapes.
